Job Description

We are looking for remote inventory specialist who will be responsible for selecting, purchasing, and managing inventory levels for a warehousing & distribution company. Duties include developing promotional strategies, analyzing sales trends, and negotiating with vendors. Will work closely with GM & Sales Marketing Manager to coordinate merchandise displays with advertising to ensure proper product placement. Additionally, merchandise buyers analyze market trends and customer needs to maximize profit margins for the brand. Unique responsibilities include managing inventory management process, assessing global brand positioning, and improving internal buying processes.

Responsibilities
Manage assortments by category, review for balance, manage all aspects of the buying process, and adhere to strategic objectives of the category
Prepare the merchandise assortment by Brand as presented by GM; Use SOP Inventory/Order Worksheet.
Manage open-to-buy (OTB) to ensure continual flow of merchandise in the warehouses with
Control Open to Buy, Inventory Levels, and Monthly deliveries in order to meet the company’s financial goals. Note/Attention to mark-down, sales promotions & seasonal events.
Enter data into INFLOW INVENTORY systems and create new identifications for new product purchases. Load Items into Retailers loading system (IMA-We will train on this process).
Create/Submit Product Order(s) to buy monthly and submit formal PO to Vendor.
Review Best by Date and Pricing for all products with Vendors prior to accepting delivery
Manage production calendar deadlines with internal and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of product.
Secure Booking for Full Container with Shipping Company; Coordinate Order with Freight Forwarder (LCL Orders) and Consolidators for Full Container Load Consolidation.
Purchase Marine Insurance for shipment once order(s) is finalized; Review this Process with GM.
Prepares for order arrival to Guam with Guam Trucking company who clears shipment. This is coordinated with Guam Admin Personnel.
Cost Shipment and submit to GM. Communicate variances with Suppliers 3-4 Days of shipment arrival. Monitory Order Payment Term and submit payment authorization prior to Due Date.
Post in Inflow pricing policy as determined by GM.
Analyze reports and figures.
Analyze vendor ROI performance and provide trend analysis to GM. Recommend Price increase when ROI is below corporate requirement.

Android Cellular Phone with a WhatsApp Application; Data
Computer System with Microsoft and Email Application
Back-up Drive (SOP will issue)

Experience & Skills:
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
4-years working experience in Accounting A Must. 1-year in Purchasing (SOP Will Train).
QuickBooks On-Line (A Must) and Inflow Inventory a plus (SOP Will Train).
Team player and Problem solver.
Good organizational, Time-management, and Interpersonal and communication skills. (Communication with Suppliers)
Strong Analytical, Financial, and Negotiation skills.
Strong Excel (Must), Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skills

Compensation & Benefit
Monthly Salary Compensation – 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 Pesos Based on Qualification.
Mobile Data Allowance on a 50/50 Sharing basis.
Bonus – To be reviewed after a 18-months of hire. Management Discretion.
