Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Offshore Part-Time Analyst who is passionate about contributing to the success of our clients through meticulous research, detailed financial analysis, and the development of compelling transaction materials. This role is ideal for someone from the Philippines looking to leverage their financial acumen and analytical skills in a supportive yet challenging environment. The candidate will work remotely and must be adept at managing time zones and communication across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced financial modeling techniques, including the development and integration of the Three Statement Model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).
• Help update and maintain detailed contact and company data within a CRM database.
• Assist in the creation of firm marketing materials including the teaser and CIM (Confidential Information Memorandum) through industry analysis and writing.
• Develop detailed company valuation models across multiple methodologies.
• Contribution in creating robust financial projections.
• Create and refine pitch materials to enhance client acquisition efforts.
• Research buy-side, sell-side, and institutional investor targets.
• Assist in the management of the due diligence process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics from a top-tier university.
• 1+ years of investment banking, consulting, or private equity experience highly preferred.
• SIE, S79, and S63 exams preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of academic and professional success.
• Superior financial modeling, research, and financial analysis skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, professional presence, and strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial research tools (Capital IQ, PitchBook, GF Data).
• Strong writing skills, including the ability to synthesize and summarize strategic positions and Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
