We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Researcher within the dynamic field of property buyers’ agency. As a Property Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ property acquisition goals by conducting comprehensive research and analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends.
Analyze property data, including pricing trends, historical sales, and demographic information, to provide valuable insights to clients.

Property Due Diligence:
Perform thorough due diligence on properties, including title searches, zoning regulations, and any legal or environmental considerations.
Evaluate property conditions and potential risks to ensure clients make informed investment decisions.

Property Valuation:
Utilize various valuation methods to determine the fair market value of properties.
Collaborate with appraisers and other professionals to gather accurate and up-to-date valuation information.

Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and market benchmarks to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in property research.

Client Communication:
Present research findings to clients in a clear and concise manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Collaborate with the broader team to tailor research reports to meet individual client needs.

Data Management:
Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of property information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Regularly update internal systems with the latest market and property data.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in property research or a related field within the real estate industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
