We are a real estate investment company focused on value-add opportunities in Connecticut. Our portfolio includes multi-family properties and various business entities. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our investor relations efforts by identifying and sourcing high-net-worth investor leads.

Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential high-net-worth investors through various platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and a strong understanding of the investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct research to identify potential high-net-worth investors.
– Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, email marketing, and other platforms to generate investor leads.
– Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential investors.
– Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the investment team.
– Maintain a database of investor contacts and track communication and follow-up activities.
– Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for potential investors.
– Monitor industry trends and identify potential opportunities for investor engagement.
– Provide administrative support to the investment team as needed.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in real estate or finance.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and lead generation tools like ZoomInfo.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in real estate investment or a related field.
– Knowledge of the investment landscape and high-net-worth investor profiles.
– Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant.
