**Day To Day Responsibilities
As an Investor Relations Analyst at Jevan Capital, your role will be pivotal in supporting our business development efforts through a variety of administrative and sales-related tasks. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth and investor engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the rent roll of apartment projects and identify the weighted average rental rates by floor plan
2. analyze profit and loss statements for income and expenses. Consolidate the statement into an account description which matches the Jevan model
3. Read data on a given property and enter salient facts like address, number of parking spaces, unit mix etc.
