Job Title: Inbound Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Inside Sales Agent (ISA) specializing in real estate to join our team. This role focuses on leads who have already expressed interest by filling out forms or providing their information. The ISA will be responsible for qualifying these inbound leads, understanding their needs, and facilitating live transfers to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building rapport and the ability to guide potential clients seamlessly through the qualification process.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Engagement:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from leads who have filled out forms or expressed interest in real estate services.
Initiate follow-up calls and engage leads in meaningful conversations to gather additional details.
Qualification Process:
Conduct in-depth qualification conversations to understand the lead’s specific requirements, preferences, and timeline.
Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
Product and Service Knowledge:
Stay informed about our clients’ real estate offerings, market trends, and relevant information to effectively communicate value to leads.
Live Transfers:
Identify highly qualified leads and facilitate live transfers to the appropriate client or sales representative.
Ensure a smooth handoff, providing context and relevant information to the receiving party.
Follow-up:
Implement a strategic follow-up plan for leads requiring additional nurturing or those not ready to proceed immediately.
Maintain consistent communication with leads to foster positive relationships.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team and clients to gather feedback on lead quality and adjust strategies accordingly.
Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and best practices.
Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas for inbound lead qualification and live transfers.
Continuously analyze performance metrics to enhance conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inbound sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and understanding customer needs.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Ability to navigate conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and surpassing targets.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in real estate or inbound sales.
