Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Investment Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team as a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential clients through outbound calls and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
-Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to reach out to prospects and initiate conversations.
-Engage with prospects in a professional and compelling manner to introduce our company and investment services.
-Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, including financial goals, investment experience, and suitability.
-Schedule appointments for financial advisors to meet with qualified prospects and discuss their investment needs.
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
-Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
-Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

-Preference for applicants with experience in Follow Up Boss, Ring Central, Mojo, and Launch Control
-Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting roles.
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.
-Persistent and resilient mindset with a positive attitude towards rejection.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage call lists and follow-up activities efficiently.
-Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss) and Microsoft Office Suite.
