ISA FOR REAL ESTATE

We are a high-energy real estate company named Loft Team in Dover, Delaware and we are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Agent to join our team. You will play a key role in generating new business by qualifying leads and setting appointments. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, experienced sales professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. Most of our leads come from Google and social media sites as we have 1.6 million followers from TikTok alone (@zacharyloft)

Responsibilities:

– Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
– Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
– Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 6 months to 2 years + of experience as an ISA in the Real Estate.
– Experience with Follow Up Boss CRM is a plus.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Training & Compensation:

– A 14-day training period is provided, with a compensation of $300. (Seasoned ISA can bypass the training period)
– For ISAs with 6 months of experience, the base pay is $550 per month (35 hours/week).
– Experienced ISAs (2+ years) have a base pay of $750 per month.
– Incentives include $100 for setting up a listing appointment, $35 for buyers willing to be pre-approved and go to see a – property, $75 for a buyer/seller under contract, and $125 for a buyer/seller closing.
– After 6 months, a 5% increase on all bonuses, with an additional 5% increase after another 6 months.
