ISA – Independent Sales Associate

We are looking for candidates who want to be with their next job for years and are looking for a career, not just a job.

This position will require you be on phone software all day making out going calls to Real Estate agents. You will be inviting them to Live, half day events in their area where our CEO, Michael Hellickson, will be speaking on various Real Estate topics and teaching from his 30+ years of experience, on how to succeed in their chosen field.

Leads will be given to you but all calls will be cold calls. This position requires the following:
*Excellent spoken English skills
*Build a positive relationship with clients and grow customer sales with consistent follow up
*Utilize and maintain CRM data regularly
*Answer questions and overcome objections by being an excellent listener
*Turn feedback into action and self-improvement
*Have a top producer mindset by being competitive and goal oriented

Other skills you will use:
*Don’t take rejection personally.
*Must be an excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
*Customer service
*Soft sales
*Written and verbal communication
*Outbound calls
*Highly organized
*Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms, Word and Excel

You will need to have your own computer and a headset with mic to be used while working from home all day. Additionally, you will need to have strong internet connection and the ability to multitask, utilizing multiple platforms at the same time.

If you have to rely on scripts, translation software or the like, this job is not for you and will not work out. Your speaking and understanding of the English language must be to the point of understanding slang, idioms and figures of speech to keep up in an organic fluid conversation with our clients. This includes mastery of your accent with little to display that English is not your first language.
