ISA/Real Estate/Sales Cold Caller – Bonuses & Extras!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Real estate investor looking for a caller to contact property seller leads, follow up, receive inbound calls/text, and gather property data.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Contact seller leads, pre-qualify leads, schedule call or appointment for potential sale of the property.
*Property research to gather owner info & property status, then input property data into MS Excel.

REQUIREMENTS:
English (C1-C2)
Cold Calling Experience
Fast & Reliable Internet Service
Experience with Multi-line Dialer
Your own laptop/desktop computer
Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs & Sheets

PAY RATE:
$4.50-$6.75/hour, $792-$1188/month (Determined by experience & skill level), (40+ hours/week).

BONUSES:
13th Month Friendly
Bonus for quality lead results & effort
Bonus for each lead converted to closed deal

TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION:
1- At the beginning of your message write 2-4 sentences explaining why you are interested in the position and why you are a good fit for the position.
2- List 2-3 positions you’ve recently had involving cold calling. Please include the employer name, how long you were with them, and describe some of your duties and responsibilities for each position.
3- Submit 1-2 actual recordings of cold calls you made within the past 3 years. If you don’t have any actual call recordings, record a call with a friend or family member playing the role as a seller, and indicate that the recording as a “mock call”.
4 – Provide a screen shot of your computer’s specs and internet speed if possible.
5 – Provide list of the top 3 questions that you would ask a potential home seller in order to better qualify them as a “warm/hot lead” before scheduling a call or appointment with me, the investor.
