IT – Account Manager

We seek an ambitious person to drive business success and customer growth for our Web Application (SaaS) Development. This position combines customer success with sales using extensive product knowledge to build strong relationships with customers. Our ideal candidate will proactively engage our team to increase opportunity, acquisition, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
– Develop expertise with our software and business spaces
– Educate, mentor, and empower existing customers and prospects on our product

– Respond to opportunities and proposals
– Write proposals
– Reputation and relationship management
– Analyze business needs to create solutions
– Source opportunities for revenue and customer expansions
– Coordinate with team members, customers, partners, and prospects
– Resolve requests, manage tickets and inboxes
– Lead meetings to diagnose & resolve questions and issues
– Host support, demo, and training sessions
– Learn to apply extensive product and business knowledge with our product
– Develop and improve sales and success strategies
– Support & enhance sales, business development, and customer success
– Manage sales pipelines and marketing campaigns
– Support company leadership & take initiative
– Promotes our brand, Vision, Mission, Values, and People

– Fluent in English (Speaking with minimal or no accent and business writing)
– Ability to work with and diagnose web application configurations, settings, & user issues
– Ability to analyze business needs and appropriate software solutions
– 3+ Years utilizing web-based software tools
– Confidence and presentations
– Negotiation and sales
– Problem solving and customer focused
– Familiarity with G-Mail, Google Apps / Calendar, Jira, HubSpot CRM, Dropbox, Teams
– MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Maintain documents & templates)
– Ability to call/receive calls w/US (i.e., over a skype #)
– Can work with minimal supervision
– Strong analytical skills with business acumen
