The IT Administrator at Phoenix Water Solutions will be a central figure in implementing and managing the company’s technology infrastructure. This role involves working closely with the IT Consultant and COO to understand and execute technology-related projects. The IT Administrator is expected to proactively gather input, develop, and research effective solutions to enhance the company’s technological capabilities.
As a self-starter, the IT Administrator must exhibit strong initiative in reaching out for training and guidance, ensuring seamless technology operations. This role is vital in supporting the company’s rapid growth and commitment to water conservation through technological advancement, aligning with our core values of ownership, respect, and continuous learning.
Outcomes (Within First Six Months):
Successfully implement at least three major technology projects as guided by the COO and IT Consultant.
Develop a comprehensive project plan for each assigned task, showing clear timelines and milestones.
Conduct research and propose viable solutions for at least five identified technology challenges.
Initiate and schedule monthly training sessions with the IT Consultant to enhance technical skills.
Achieve a 90% satisfaction rate in internal support and response times for IT issues.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving in at least four distinct instances.
Complete a thorough audit of current IT systems and recommend improvements.
Develop a user-friendly IT manual or guidelines for staff.
Successfully integrate at least two new software tools into the company’s workflow.
