Job Description

Seeking an individual full-time team member to start immediately. This is for a single U.S. website in e-commerce and wholesale. This is a branded business, not an agency, local, or affiliate. You will be a key member of a small team, and your input will be valued.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator with expertise in managing diverse technologies, including Pipedrive, Zoom, Outlook, RedCube, website management, cPanel, and Slack, and proficiency in troubleshooting various operating systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our IT infrastructure’s seamless operation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pipedrive and CRM Management:
• Administer and optimize Pipedrive CRM system.
• Provide support, training, and customization for Pipedrive users.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate CRM data into business processes.

2. Zoom and Video Conferencing:
• Manage Zoom accounts, settings, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing issues.
• Implement and maintain security measures for online meetings.

3. Outlook and Email Configuration:
• Configure and support Outlook email systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve email synchronization issues.
• Collaborate with users to enhance email and communication efficiency.

4. RedCube Administration:
• Administer and support the RedCube application.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors for updates.
• Optimize RedCube workflows for enhanced productivity.

5. Website Management:
• Oversee website administration, updates, and performance.
• Collaborate with developers to implement web improvements.
• Ensure website security and coordinate regular backups.

6. cPanel Expertise:
• Manage hosting environments using cPanel.
• Perform routine server maintenance and monitor resource usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cPanel configurations.

7. Slack Integration and Support:
• Administer and support Slack collaboration platform.
• Customize Slack channels and integrations to meet business needs.
• Provide user training and support for Slack functionality.

8. Operating System Diversity:
• Proficient in managing different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various operating environments.
• Ensure compatibility and seamless integration of software.

9. System Troubleshooting:
• Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Implement preventive measures and system enhancements.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users.
• Documentation of all reports

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT systems administration and support.
• Relevant certifications in Pipedrive, Zoom, cPanel, or other related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.

Additional Skills (Optional but Preferred):
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
