Our company is looking for a few tech savvy team members who can help grow our ability to service more clients at once with the use of AI. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work both with the systems we are already using while getting ready for the use of new systems and must have the knowledge to find problems as they come up as well as looking proactively for issues that will get in the way of the objective.
You must be comfortable working with API’s but do not need to know or have any background in coding. You will also need experience working with CRM (contact relationship management) systems and integrating software platforms, building automated workflows in software systems and will have worked with programs like Zapier, Integrated, or the like.
Some of the new systems we are getting into include appointment setting AI, Drip campaigns (we have used extensively but it will now be integrated with the previously mentioned AI) and conversational AI.
We cannot stress enough that the ideal team member will have not just the ability to learn how to proactively problem solve and find solutions for the new systems but will have experience and examples they can speak of regarding this.
Who you need to be:
*Truly fast learner
*Need to be technologically savvy with a general understanding of how things work (creating and thinking when connecting systems)
*Adaptable and willing to change moment to moment
*Quick on your feet and able to collaborate with a humble spirit (sharing knowledge and training)
*Will need some client service and soft sales skills to discuss the capabilities of the AIM team with clients (some AIM team members will take client calls on Zoom to walk clients through the process)
*Need to be able to self-teach new systems to create what the client wants (take an existing system, and when a client wants new capabilities, you have to decide how to make that happen)
You will gain experience in IT that will be used by an active user base and will constantly be challenged with new concepts that will drive our company’s ability to service our clients.
The work you will be doing will provide assistance to your team at headquarters while also working on projects that help our clients better their business capabilities.
