We are seeking a skilled IT & Automation Specialist to assist us in solving a specific challenge. Please READ BELOW BEFORE APPLYING!!

****Our organization uses JotForm, a popular online form builder, for various purposes. We currently have a complex task at hand: we need to create a form where clients can answer a few questions on a form(Something similar to a google form or Microsoft form like feel) and have the answers to those questions placed on a PDF document. The PDF document is below on a shared link. Its 14 pages long however depending on the clients answers, some pages may need to be removed from the final completed PDF product. So depending on a clients answers, they may anywhere from 7-14 total pages. We do not need to use Jotforms and are open to any software or webiste or process to complete this. We need clients to simply click on a link to begin answering questions, have said questions generate a PDF with the answers and then be able to download it. **Responsibilities:**
– **Form Design:** Create a user-friendly form using JotForm or any other webiste that includes conditional logic based on user responses.
– **PDF Integration:** Implement a solution to dynamically modify the uploaded PDF based on user inputs. This might involve integrating JotForm with external services or using automation tools or other websites.
– **Technical Expertise:** Utilize your IT background to identify and implement suitable tech programs or tools that can achieve the desired outcome.
– **Problem-Solving:** Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to form submissions and PDF manipulation.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with our team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the form.

**Requirements:**
– Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
– Strong understanding of IT concepts and automation tools.
– Familiarity with online form builders
– Ability to work with PDF manipulation programs or APIs.
– Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
