Job Description

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Purpose and Scope: The Business Analyst is responsible for capturing current business process and implementing standardization across a global group of entities. Working closely with the development team and key operational stakeholders the BA is a key resource on projects and initiatives focused on business process and innovation. The BA understands the cross functional dynamics of an international organization. They will challenge existing structures, roles and procedures if in the way of the company objectives, while sensitive to specific circumstances, habits and preferences that may cause resistance to change.

Responsibilities:
– Eliciting AS-IS business processes and defining a set of TO-BE requirements to meet the needs of any required project/task
– Identifying inconsistent processes across the organization and designing standardized processes that will be adopted by end users
– Process re-engineering – Identifying steps that do not add value within a given process and eradicating these
– Supporting the operational teams in day to day challenges by offering process optimization and system configuration options
– Liaising between stakeholders and the software development team.
– Discussing business requirements with our developers and help to translate them into (technical) solutions.
– Working with individuals internally and externally of the organisation to structure data and capture requirements for solutions to be configured and implemented.
– Being an enthusiastic and pro-active member of the SCRUM team
– Consistently challenging the current way of working when thinking about the future state.
– Being an integral part of the change cycle and thinking in a transformative way, always considering the user journey

Your Profile:
– 3-5 years of experience in a business environment, either in an operational role or as a consultant.
– Understanding of procedural, administrative and legal requirements.
– Strong Analytical and documentation skills
– Experienced in the use of process modeling techniques.
– A deep understanding of the cross functional dynamics of an international organization
– Fluent in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
– Able to communicate well with all colleagues from all levels and departments within the organization and externally
– Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred

Working hours set up:
– Region: Central European Time
– 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Philippine Time
– Monday to Friday, fixed weekends off
