A super-fast-growing systems integration agency specializing in integrating ERP and other retail business systems.
We exist to simplify & accelerate retail business. And the call is there 24×7.
We build integrations between some of the world’s leading brands: Amazon, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Xero, Walmart, Brightpearl, Inventory Planner, Dear, NetSuite… we have over 300 prebuilt integrations and demand is climbing fast.
We are now a team of 60 but with our growth we’re aiming to recruit a new Business Analyst/ Project Manager to support and maintain our evolving customer needs.
We are fully remote working across, the UK, Jersey, Italy, India, Philippines, and Canada.
Who do we need?
We are looking for a driven eCommerce Accounting Business Analyst, with a passion for and experience on eCommerce accountancy & book-keeping; business process and solution design and a real desire to work in the digital space because you are fascinated by technology & how it is evolving retail and accounting.
You will be familiar with managing sales channel revenue recognition, reconciling channel pay-outs and fees and monitoring inventory & COGs.
You will be already familiar with Amazon, eBay and Shopify, even Walmart and Etsy. Your Excel skills mean you make easy work of large amounts of data manipulation and order reconciliations. You’ll be conversant in platforms such as Xero & QuickBooks and have explored products such as A2X and its competitors to help streamline your clients’ book-keeping and accounting.
With us you would be responsible for configuring and testing our Accounting and inventory integrations (currently QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Xero, , TaxJar along with CIN7 Core (previously Dear) and Brightpearl, the list keeps on growing…) for each new client.
You should be comfortable with keeping our training and configuration documentation up to date as well as delivering online tutorials for the different user communities.
You will manage the cutover from legacy to new state (process and solutions) to ensure that all postings are 100?curate. And you should be adept at describing issues to our developers so that we can bug-fix and design new scope where we have gaps. If you can read API documents even better & propose solutions and new end-points, even better.
And once our clients are live, we need expert and efficient support to help them navigate the complex space of eCommerce accounting (new payment methods, adding new sales channels, revenue recognition triggers, etc).
