Job Description
We seek IT Support Engineers with deep Network or Systems Admin/Engineering expertise to join our growing technical team. The role will involve working on customer implementations, research projects, Q&A and customer support. We expect everybody in our technical team to help cover our support rotas.
Your geographical location is not important, but you must be prepared to remotely join customer engagements, conferences, etc. You may also be required to occasionally work outside of your local business hours, as UmbrellaNET works primarily within Brisbane & Sydney Australia time zone.
Skills / Qualifications
*MS 365 admin including but not limited to exchange on line, hybrid AD, SharePoint, teams and teams pstn.
*2 to 5 years in IT engineer role
*Windows server AD
*have VoIP contact centre
*have Cisco Meraki
*have pulse way rrm
*have Linux and C panel
*have VMware esxi and vCentre
*had been SRN IT engineer or as an IT engineer
