Trucell is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Help Desk Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our customers, resolve service requests in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer support requests through various channels including phone, email, and ticketing system.
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
– Document and track service requests in our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and accurate records.
– Provide technical support to clients on software applications and hardware issues.
– Escalate complex issues to senior technical support staff as necessary.
– Maintain inventory of all IT assets.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
– Strong customer service and communication skills.
– Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google G Suite, and common hardware components.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Must have a reliable and working internet connection, computer and premises suitable for working. This includes ensuring there is no background noise that could disrupt the work environment.
