Our vision is to be the premier IT managed services provider in northeast Ohio, with expertise in cyber security, physical security, general IT help desk, cloud computing, networking, and IT consulting.
You’ll be working collaboratively with our other team members to support our 100+ small business clients. 12 of our 16 staff are technical, so you’ll be joining them to develop and implement long-term solutions for technical issues faced by our clients. Most notably, this involves supporting our clients’ end-users, their network and server infrastructure, and third-party applications like Microsoft 365 and business specific applications.
Training is available to you if you’re motivated to learn and become certified outside of working hours. We’ll provide access to resources to help you prepare for certifications or just to gain general knowledge about a particular IT subject.

DESCRIPTION OF IDEAL CANDIDATE
– Takes Ownership
You take charge and own your own role! You know you can ask for feedback and resources anytime, but you don’t make excuses for why things are not getting completed, or question why more responsibility is given to you. You take this as a challenge to help the team. You have a passion and an internal drive to make things happen. You find people who procrastinate and do nothing a bit irritating.
– Self Starter
You’re self-motivated, happy working on your own with minimal guidance, and plan your work ahead of time so that you’re always punctual and you never miss deadlines. You don’t understand why some people just sit there when they haven’t been told what to do. And if an issue arises, you know to ask questions first before assuming anything.
– Focused
You don’t lose your way. You recognize a distraction but still are able to gather all your attention and focus on the task at hand.
– Organized
You love cleaning up and creating order out of chaos. You have your own method of keeping track of the things that you need to get done and by when you need to get them done.
– Positive Attitude
You don’t let the little things get you down. You simply roll with the punches! You’re upbeat, positive, cheerful, and excited about the future.
– Communicative
You know that teamwork requires communication. You communicate like a pro and you value open communication. If you’re having trouble with something, you reach out for help. You know tasks can sometimes take longer than expected, and that’s ok when you communicate expectations.
– Loves People
Being around a professional team of people gives you energy, and you enjoy collaborating with others and sharing any fun stories in private chat with everyone that continues improving the team environment and culture.
– Empathetic
No one likes a ‘know-it-all’. And making assumptions without fact-checking first is not in a professional’s DNA. So, you listen well and you’re able to put yourself in others’ shoes.
COMPANY CULTURE
We’re transparent; ask if something isn’t clear, feel comfortable to express your difference of opinion. We work hard and we have fun.
