We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your expertise and problem-solving abilities will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and providing exceptional support

Skills Requirement:
– Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
– Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems.
– Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, applications, and network connectivity.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Patience and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
– Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
– Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.
– Work effectively within a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly to IT helpdesk inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email ticketing system) and provide technical assistance to users in a courteous manner.
-Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, perform root cause analysis and implement effective Upgrades to see actual inoculate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
– users with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and Ethernet configurations.
– Maintain accurate records of helpdesk interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps. Contribute to knowledge base articles for common issues.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Specialist or in a similar technical support role.
– Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent, are a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
