Job Description

As an IT Level 2 Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal staff regarding computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will troubleshoot problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues to vendors when necessary.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates as required to ensure security and reliability.
Document all support activities, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and costumer service skills

Minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a Level 2 or above capacity.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
