Job Description

We are fast growing Marketing Company in need of highly experienced and skilled IT Manager to help manage, set up, and oversee system/company applications, tools, technical workflow, privacy and security. He/She is expected to provide the needed technical support and expertise as needed by the company and its staff.

Below are your key responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies to align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions about IT investments.

* Infrastructure Management: Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, hardware, and software systems. Ensure the reliability and scalability of IT resources.

* Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization’s data and systems. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, as well as industry-specific standards.

* Budget Management (as needed basis only): Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Make recommendations for hardware and software purchases and upgrades.

* Project Management: Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations. Coordinate project teams, set deadlines, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly. Ensure a responsive help desk or support system.

* Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain plans for disaster recovery and business continuity to ensure that IT systems can be quickly restored in case of a disruption.

* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of IT assets, configurations, and incidents. Generate reports on IT performance, expenditures, and upcoming projects for senior management.

* Training and Development: Identify training needs for IT staff and organize training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (Master’s degree is greatly preferred)
* Several years of experience in IT, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
* Strong technical knowledge and expertise in various IT systems, hardware, and software.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) may be beneficial.
* Knowledge of IT security practices and compliance requirements.
