We’re looking for top talent with a lot of experience to oversee and manage all tech aspects at Herbs With Rosalee. This includes setting up and maintaining systems as well as problem solving when something is broken. Candidates are not required to be knowledgeable in all of our current software, but must show ability/experience to work with a wide range of online business software.
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role):
*Attend team meetings as required (could be as little as monthly or as often as daily, M-Th, depending on what’s needed)
*Manage AWeber (email software) including weekly broadcasts, student communications, and automations/campaign funnels.
*Oversee Teachable classrooms (setting up new classes and pages, updating current classrooms, etc).
*Post on YouTube (and manage subtitles).
*Maintain and update Herbs With Rosalee website. SEO oversight.
*Manage Deadline Funnel.
*Create new pages on BeeFree Pro.
*Maintaining Zapier and other integration software.
*Managing all launch tech logistics including affiliates and successful migration from Teachable to Aweber.
Results (Expected Accomplishments):
*Expertly set up systems so that Herbs With Rosalee runs smoothly.
*Diligently and consistently keep an eye out for bumps in the road (broken links, funnels, etc)
*Communicate issues promptly and proactively, along with suggested solutions

Hours may range between 30 and 40 hours/week.
