Role: Project Manager
Type: Full Time
Location: International, Fully Remote
Hours & Expectations: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST, US time zones + flexible schedule
What you’ll do:
For the Project Assistant position at Resonary, we are seeking a confident and passionate individual who can seamlessly transition between being a project manager and a thought partner to the leadership team. The ideal candidate has experience excelling in a start-up environment, is comfortable taking initiative and working independently, and is excited by the concept of working on multiple projects at once.
Project Manager Roles:
1) Strategic Planning
Serve as thought partner to leadership team members to help prioritize and accomplish the right things
Maintains supportive and accountable relationships with all team members to promote a healthy, positive culture
Raise the output of the team by providing clarity, focus, and championing administrative tasks
Do independent research to challenge assumptions and propose solutions
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and agendas
2) Project Management
Use software to create visibility on project timelines, status, and roadblocks
Create project plans to streamline scope, work, resources, and scheduling to communicate project status
Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual tools to clarify and communicate projects or processes
Inspect all aspects of a project to determine timelines, dependencies, and risks
Manage professional and personal relationships, projects, and engagements
Track data and fill out weekly scorecards for various projects
3) Executive Assistance
Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the leadership team member
Curate and optimize schedule to accomplish goals
Perform administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
Arrange travel and accommodations
Schedule and attend meetings, screen sharing during meetings, taking notes and recording minutes
Manage inbound and outbound communications
Qualifications and skills:
Skilled in excelling amid the challenges of a start-up environment
Must have some administrative experience
Must be able to work on multiple projects and platforms at once
Must be able to work in US time zones
Must be able to sit at a computer for an extended period
Must have fluency in managing independent tasks
Excellent communication and organization skills
Experience with
Knowledge and experience with Google Suite and CRM systems
Passionate about finding creative solutions to complex problems
