POSITION
As an IT Project Engineer you will work alongside other Engineers and Leads who are responsible for implementation of new products and services including but not limited to: Windows Servers, WAPs, Firewalls, Switches, Office365 Deployments, Azure Deployments, and Workstation Deployments. You will be working on projects independently as well as with a team. This position reports to an Engineering Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement projects in tandem with Project Leads who are responsible for the overall technical direction of projects
• Review & understand the scope of work within each project.
• Create and maintain excellent IT Documentation
• Provide a great client experience
? DESIRED SKILLSET / EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years of work experience with start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions?
• MSP experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with all current Windows operating systems is mandatory, Apple desirable?
• Windows Server 2008-2022 Experience is required?
• Advanced TCP/IP & Network troubleshooting skills are required?
• Active Directory and Group Policy?knowledge is desirable
• O365 / Azure Migration, Deployments, Administration & Troubleshooting?experience
• SonicWall Experience preferred but not required (any firewall/router experience is sufficient)?
• Advanced understanding of networking concepts – Routing/Switching/VLANs?
• VMware experience is a plus?
• Experience with Powershell scripting is a plus?
• Microsoft, Apple, SonicWall, Cisco, and other IT vendor certifications desirable?
