IT Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Remote IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top IT talent for our company. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT Recruitment company, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and recruitment practices.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals in various roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively utilize online platforms and tools for recruitment purposes.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Familiarity with remote work environments and the ability to thrive in a virtual team setting.
