We are an IT recruiting and staffing agency based out of the US.

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Recruiting Expert with strong tech skills and administrative experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process using Zoho Recruit and conducting administrative tasks related to recruiting.

Responsibilities:

– Use Zoho Recruit to manage the full recruiting process, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
– Filter and screen candidates to identify top talent for open positions.
– Conduct administrative tasks related to recruiting, including scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and tracking candidate progress.
– Use and other job boards to identify potential candidates and attract top talent.
– Manage communication with candidates via email and phone.
– Collaborate with hiring managers and other team members to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring decisions.
– Use Google Workspace to manage documents and other files related to recruiting.
– Generate reports on recruiting activity and performance using Zoho Recruit’s reporting and analytics features.
– Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– 4+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
– Strong tech skills, including experience with Zoho Recruit, , and Google Workspace.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
– Experience in administrative work is a plus.
– Can work within 9 AM – 5 PM EST
– Only full-time positions are available
