IT Service Delivery Project Manager – Filipino & Chinese

Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate equipment delivery projects between clients and the company. The project encompasses various critical stages such as equipment procurement, delivery, cabling, and post-sales maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is executed on schedule and with high quality, leveraging close collaboration with relevant departments to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Develop project plans: Thoroughly outline tasks and timetables for each stage, including equipment procurement, delivery, cabling, and post-sales maintenance.
• Supply chain management: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth progress of equipment procurement, maintain positive relationships with suppliers, and ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Coordinate delivery process: Ensure smooth coordination of equipment delivery and maintain delivery accuracy.
• Device cabling planning: Collaborate with the technical team to develop appropriate device cabling plans, ensuring proper arrangement and connections within the company.
• Arrange post-sales maintenance: Collaborate with the post-sales team to coordinate the scheduling of post-sales maintenance personnel, ensuring effective maintenance after equipment deployment.

• Risk management: Identify potential project risks and devise corresponding risk mitigation plans to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
• Communication and coordination: Communicate with relevant departments in Vietnam and China, ensuring the flow of project information and prompt resolution of issues.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with demonstrated cross-department coordination and team leadership skills.
• Prior experience in supply chain management and equipment delivery is a plus.
• Proficient in both Filipino and Chinese/English for effective communication with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and office software.
