*Job Posting: IT Service Dispatcher*
*Location:* Work from Home (Remote)
*Shift:* Monday to Friday, 5am-1pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), US

Key Responsibilities:
Service Request Management:
Receive, log, and prioritize incoming service requests from end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Assign and dispatch IT support tickets to appropriate technicians based on skill set and availability.
Coordination:
Monitor the progress of dispatched tickets and follow up with technicians and end-users to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with various departments to schedule and manage IT service appointments.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users regarding the status of their IT service requests.
Provide clear and concise updates to end-users and management on the status of ongoing issues.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and technician assignments.
Update the ticketing system with all relevant information and actions taken.
Reporting:
Generate and distribute regular reports on service request metrics, technician performance, and overall IT support efficiency.
Identify and report recurring issues and suggest improvements to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications:
* Experience:
* 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or dispatch role.
* Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
* Skills:
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
* Proficiency in using ITSM tools and software (e.g., HaloPSA, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
