IT/Software Developer Manager

An IT/Software Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of programmers to develop, implement, and maintain software applications. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to ensure that software projects are completed successfully.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Development
Collaborate with sales team, and other stakeholders to define software requirements.
Develop and implement new software applications or enhancements to existing ones.
Ensure the quality and functionality of software through rigorous testing and review processes.
Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of existing software applications.
2. Project Management:
Plan, schedule, and oversee programming projects from conception to completion.
Allocate resources effectively and manage team workloads.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
3. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Review and approve code and design documents.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the programming team and other departments.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as React, Java, Python, C#
Experience with database management systems and software development frameworks.
Experience in the real estate industry can be a major plus, especially if it involves working on real estate management software or other property management technologies.
Familiarity with real estate-specific software solutions like CRM systems, property management software, and real estate data analytics tools.
Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of developers.
Ability to coordinate between different departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to align software projects with business goals.
Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
