Job Title: Project Coordinator
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays 9:00am – 5:00pm EST
Salary: USD $1500 – $2000/month

Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementation projects, you will play a critical role in supporting the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of CRM solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to ensure that the project stays on track and meets its objectives.

Responsibilities:
– Document Technical Requirements for CRM implementation.
– Review Process documentation to ensure necessary automation has been
captured in the technical requirements.
– Conduct UX reviews of implemented CRM systems based on client requirements
– Validate system integrations set up by the engineering team to meet the client
– Update Workflow documentation to include additional guidelines for users Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating work breakdown structures (WBS), and setting timelines.
– Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, collect data, and ensure project objectives align with business goals.
– Track project progress and update project status reports, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met, and deadlines are communicated to relevant Stakeholders.
– Maintain project documentation, including project files, meeting minutes, and project-related correspondence, and ensure they are organized and accessible to the project team.
– Support the Project Manager in conducting risk assessments, identifying project risks and issues, and assisting in the development of contingency plans to mitigate risks.
– Assist in coordinating and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
– Assist in quality assurance activities, including conducting quality reviews,
testing, and validation of project deliverables to ensure adherence to project
requirements and quality standards.
– Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling
meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and other
administrative tasks as needed.
– Contribute to post-implementation activities, such as monitoring system
performance, conducting user training, and resolving post-implementation issues to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in CRM implementation projects.
– Basic understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.
– Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in using project management tools, software, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
– Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
