***Who You Are***
As the only member of our IT team, you will help enable greater productivity across our organization. You will help us build and maintain strong processes related to onboarding and offboarding software, helping procure laptops and work equipment for our employees, resolving internal help requests, and ensure that we successfully pass ongoing security audits.
***Your Impact***
Provide operational, strategic, and operational support to the CTO and other members of the executive team.
Act as system administrator for some of our most important software (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Greenhouse, Atlassian/Jira/Confluence, DocuSign) and assist with onboarding and offboarding of existing software solutions and packages.
Manage and assist with internal help desk tickets; act as POC for resolving internal employee help requests related to hardware (e.g. laptops) and software we use.
Instilling proactive, appropriate measures to reduce the number of, or prevent, common help desk issues that come up.
Ensure a strong security posture for our business, and as we grow, proactively taking appropriate measures in any areas we may fall short.
Exploring systemic changes required to scale up the company—proactively identifying and resolving vulnerabilities and opportunities to improve.
Ensuring that Vividly successfully passes ongoing SOC 2 audits.
***What We Look For***

Superb analytical abilities
Engagement and discretion is required, as you will have access to sensitive information
Experience with APIs & software integrations
Experience with security audit processes (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Ability to pick up new and unfamiliar software very quickly, and proactively recommend better software solutions for our use cases should they exist
Extremely proactive—independent self-starter who takes initiative and action
Exceptional writing and communication abilities, with a knack for not only processing information quickly but sharing it back out in a clear and concise way
Project management experience is a plus.
People management experience is a plus.
