We are a design and build construction company based in New Jersey, United States. Building Services and Construction is a full services design/build firm. We take our clients through the design process, planning and permits, site preparation, building erection, and post-build cleanup. All trades are contracted in-house, which lowers the overall cost and build time to our clients. Our approach is: Save the client time and money while offering innovative project solutions and building customization. Our current goal for this position is to push into cloud services, application design, ERP management, and a host of other remote and cloud services.

IT SPECIALIST / PROGRAMMER / APP DESIGN / CYBER SECURITY
We are looking for a person to setup and deploy infrastructure for local and remote off-shore interaction between our multiple systems and companies. Person needs to excel in Microsoft servers, cloud interaction, system back-ups, Outlook email and server access, credentialed access, application design in both IOS and Android with full deployment and ability to beta test, cyber security, website design with sales modules. Creating a resource management database that generates QR codes for a diverse stock of products and materials showing availability Person to be fully capable of deploying all of the above with overseeing multiple networks. Note: Successful IOS and Android application will yield monetary results.

STARTING SALARY: PHP 8,750 weekly

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
– Advanced knowledge of applicable computer languages.
– Proficient with the latest versions of ECMAS-Script (JavaScript as well as HTML & CSS).
– Advanced Knowledge of system methods and tools & techniques.
– A Laravel PHP Code.
– Microsoft Network Certified.
– Experience or knowledge of Service Programs, Procedure, Modules, Binding Directories.
– Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
– Experience or knowledge of subsystems, data queues and job scheduling.
– Build interconnected resource and customer management systems, integrate, test and maintain.
– Create, integrate and test ERP management systems.
– Familiar with IOS and Android application development abilities and beta test.
– Cloud Storage and document migration.
– Network engineering, configuration, support and implementation.
– Website administration, FTP, Portals.
– Hybrid development to WEB existent software.
– Remote Access.
– Video Camera Surveillance.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
– Auto-Cad network deployment.
– Gmail network deployment, google drive and cloud based file sharing.
– Submissions must provide portfolio of current and past work and references.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of programming, systems programming or computer analysis experience.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
– Available to work full-time, Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM EST)
– Stable and reliable internet connection
