IT Staff / Virtual Assistant

We have created an exciting opportunity to take on a new role in our company as a User Experience (UX) Tester.

The UX Tester will spend most of their time interacting with a portfolio of customer applications. As a UX tester, your goal is to become familiar with all customer applications from a users’ perspective. Doing so will help our customers understand how users interact with their applications. There will be initial on-the-job training provided on all applications. To excel in this role, you will need to pay close attention to detail and be a self-starter. This tester role will give you the chance to gain some technical experience and develop your skills with Microsoft 365 products. You will play an essential role in the success of our business by ensuring our customers continue to deliver quality software to their users. This position has the potential for growth and further career development.

Job Responsibilities

* Perform functional and operational testing of customer applications.
* Enform leadership of test results and any issues encountered during testing.
* Engage with company personnel via Microsoft Teams.
* Follow daily checklist procedures to ensure all applications are running properly and
operating as intended.
* Identify potential features that will enhance the user experience of customer applications.
* Make recommendations for changes as necessary to improve business processes.
* Input data entries and logs when needed.
* Create, maintain, and modify Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required
* High school educated.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to constant change.
* Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
* Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical concentration (B.S. in Computer Science; or related degree)
* Knowledge of remote computer access via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
* Experience connecting to a Virtual Private Network (VPN)
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
