Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive with prior IT staffing sales experience. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with U.S.-based clients, negotiating and executing contracts, and working with recruiting partners to fill requisitions. Please do not apply if you do not have prior IT staffing sales experience.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Retention:

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and leveraging our internal database.
Conduct initial meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Coordinate and schedule follow-up meetings with clients to progress sales cycles.
Maintain accurate and organized client records.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for current and future business needs, ensuring we always have opportunities ready to drive our success.
Be well-versed in key technologies and industry trends including AI, Development, Analytics, ERP, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
Sales Activities:

Match client needs with our service offerings, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
Negotiate and execute contracts with clients.
Maintain ongoing contact with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by quickly addressing and resolving any service issues.
Lead Generation:

Generate leads and gather market intelligence to support new client development efforts.
Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to gain industry insights and secure referrals and new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed weekly sales goals, driving the growth of our client base and expanding our reach.
Requirements:

Proven experience in IT staffing sales, specifically selling to U.S. clients.
Experience negotiating and executing contracts.
Experience working with recruiting partners to fill requisitions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with American clients.
Familiarity with American business culture and communication styles is preferred.
Proficient in using sales tools and platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Must be available for client calls, team meetings, and client meetings, and be able to present themselves professionally on camera during those times.
Own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection, as all of our apps can be accessed on the web.
Desire for long-term employment with growth opportunities, including potential leadership roles, as we expand.
