Design Source Media is a tech company that happens to build WordPress Websites for marketing agencies, professional speakers, and small businesses.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated IT Tech Support Specialist for a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate loves tackling technical challenges and providing top-notch user support. You should have excellent people skills, integrity, and attention to detail, along with a proactive mindset. You must be willing to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, during night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM PH Time) to support our US-based clients. Responsibilities
Resolve service tickets promptly and maintain accurate logs using Zoho Desk.
Work with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems.
Evaluate existing systems and user needs to recommend and implement changes.
Configure and support internal and external networks.
Develop and maintain systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
Troubleshoot network performance issues and recommend necessary upgrades or patches.
Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac endpoints, including iOS and Android devices.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and conduct security audits.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, escalating issues as needed.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and complete ongoing training and certifications.

Experience
2+ years of recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience.
Certifications such as A+, Server+, Network+, MCP are helpful but not required.
Prior MSP help desk experience is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting.
Professional customer service skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems.
Ability to complete complex tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to be productive without constant supervision.
