IT Support Specialist

In this full-time role, you’ll be the go-to tech expert, providing end-users with top-notch technical assistance. You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of issues, dive into software and hardware problems, and ensure our team members have the tools they need to thrive.

Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll be doing:

Triage and troubleshoot user-reported technical issues: Be the calm in the storm, patiently understanding user concerns and identifying the root cause of problems.
Resolve software and hardware malfunctions: Whether it’s a glitchy program or a finicky printer, you’ll diagnose and fix the issue, getting users back on track.
Provide technical support across multiple channels: Be prepared to offer assistance via phone, email, or even remote desktop sessions.
Maintain and update IT systems: Keep our technology infrastructure running smoothly through proactive maintenance and updates.
Document solutions and processes: Ensure efficient knowledge transfer by clearly documenting how you’ve tackled challenges.

To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
