Job Description:
– process end-user rights and permissions
– implement new SharePoint site
– content management and updates
– end-user training
– support of customization or apps within SharePoint
– general day-to-day support for end users
– general maintenance of system and health checks
– Shifting from network shares to OneDrive
Software/tools:
– MS Office and Outlook
– Sage 100 Accounting software
– Exaktime Timekeeping software
– Account Links (The software that moves data from Exaktime to Sage 100 accounting software)
Note: Strong knowledge in IT, productivity, billing, and collections is a MUST
Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM PST Monday to Friday
