IT Support Specialist

Join our Dynamic Team at Rather Be Properties, a fast-growing, experienced Vacation Rental Management Company where our focus is simple – Deliver a 5-Star Guest Experience while Maximizing Owner Profits. We are located in Southern California, USA, but manage all throughout the USA.

ROLE:
As an IT Support Specialist at Rather Be Properties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and providing technical support to our team. You will work closely with our management and development teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. We are looking for a team member to help enhance and grow our current tech stack to position us for scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in syncing our Airbnb property listing with other OTAs (online travel agencies) upon listing launch.
Maintain and optimize our AI communications knowledge base.
Integrate our different tech stacks utilizing tools such as Zapier and Make AI.
Optimize our user experience with Notion workspace.
Assist in building out our company KPI metrics for tracking company results weekly.
Basic Web Development duties to launch our new properties on our website, Click to view.
Track and report Website performance through systems such as Google Analytics.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 Year Experience in IT.
Proficient in Zapier.
Wordpress experience.
Google analytics (or its equivalent) experience.
Proficient in Google workspace. (Gmail, google sheets, google drive, google docs)
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
Ability to work independently.
Efficient in Organizing and Executing Daily tasks.
Must have stable high-speed internet.
Must have back-up internet/power in the event of Power Outages.
RECOMMENDED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Hostaway PMS.
Proficient in Slack – Communication Tool.
Experience with Notion workspace.
Experience in the Vacation Rental industry.

LOCATION & HOURS:
Fully Remote Position.
Maintain a 40-hour work-week spread over 5 days.
We are looking to fill positions for PST time zone.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting Rate: $4-5/hour ($693-$866) with annual raises available.
2 weeks paid vacation annually, available after 6 months of employment.
Annual Bonuses equal to 1 month’s pay.
