As an IT Support (It Infrastructure) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the development and the smooth operation of our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients, resolving software issues, and maintaining our network and computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Assistance: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot software, and network issues, and offer solutions to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.

The main point to get across is that this person will be focusing primarily on setting up all of our online platforms and tools. For example, Teams or other communication system, company emails system, setup CRM software and etc. There will not be much or any hardware or servers that will require much maintenance. The work senario will be more in a way that we will explain to them what kind of systems we would to implement for various projects and then they should help come up with a plan on how best to execute such a system with the software technologies available on the market. Then assist in carrying out that plan.
