Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Company Background / Overview:
Stodl is a new and rapidly growing IT consultancy and support company based in the UK. We take the burden of IT off the hands of business leaders enabling them to focus on growing their business and looking after their customers, instead of dealing with IT issues.
Born out of the frustrations of Rob, the Founder, not being able to get a straight answer from IT companies and clear pricing for their services, he thought there must be a better way. Where possible, Stodl shows clear and defined pricing for specific solutions on their website, allowing potential customers to know if they have the budget to work with Stodl even before enquiring.
Stodl now has the opportunity to expand its IT support function to empower further business growth, and ensure customers receive a high quality service.

Reporting to: Rob (Founder)
“I have 12 years’ of experience in the IT sector working both internally and outsourced, so I appreciate the frustrations that IT can cause from all angles.
I started my career as an IT Assistant, and worked my way through the ranks of support engineer, IT manager, IT consultant, project manager, technical architect, technical account manager, vendor manager, product and services specialist, to eventually become commercial director at an IT managed service provider. I’ve seen a lot!
I’ve successfully helped businesses from a variety of industries plan for and achieve their IT goals such as; cloud migrations, IT roadmaps, cyber security improvements and accreditations, office relocations, infrastructure upgrades, integration projects, and much more.

One of the main things I’ve realised over the years is that it’s not easy to find the right people to support your business and help you achieve your goals. So I’m looking for someone who can not only bring technical experience, but also great people skills and be able to put customers at ease.”
