Job Title: IT Support Specialist (ClickUp, CRM)
Full-time, 40 Hours/Week
Salary: $8/Hour depending on experience.
Availability to work during EST business hours.
We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist with CRM and automations experience to join our team at QuickTeam. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our users and customers, with a specific focus on CRM systems and automations.
In addition to your IT support responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing customer relationship management systems, troubleshooting CRM issues, and implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users and customers, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues
Assist in the management and maintenance of customer relationship management systems
Debug and diagnose user issues with CRM systems, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Occasionally communicate directly with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in IT support or a related field
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
Experience in using ClickUp
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Integromat, or Microsoft Power Automate
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of business process automation principles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
