IT Support Technician

They are seeking a customer-service-oriented, IT Help Desk to join their Managed Services team. In this role you will be handling end-user and desktop support requests as tickets come in via our ticketing system or by phone. You will also be working on backend systems like AD, Azure AD, Office 365, Teams and other common office applications and services as well as:

IT Help Desk Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot simple network connectivity issues
Desktop, printer, and network troubleshooting
New hire setups
They will provide training on additional cloud and network technologies as you grow within the organization.

IT Help Desk Preferred Experience

2+ years basic Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and Azure AD helpdesk
4+ years supporting Windows and Mac end user environments
4+ years experience working with mobile devices
Working knowledge of common desktop application and security software
Demonstrated ability to see the whole picture and identify ways to improve the customer end user experience
Excellent written and communication skills
