IT System Support Engineer & Security (Remote Position)

Please no beginners, we are looking for an Advanced role.

Looking to fill a new position for an IT support with IT security background. Must be experienced and have worked in the space for at least 6+ years. Have experience with RMMs and MSPs in the space. Good english skills, you will be calling American clients.

– Pay, we start at with $600+ bonuses- if you are expecting to get paid $2k you are out of your mind, we have been in the BPO/VA space for 12+ years. Please don’t waste our time and yours.

– How long is your longest standing PH employees? more than 5 years, we tend to retain unless you kill your mom and dad several times to miss work ( several miss work a few times because Grandma died like 18 times)
– What shift is this? this is 8am-5pm PST
– Do I get raises? of course, if you are good, good attitude, you will have a very very stable long term job, we review every 3 months
– Can you start me at more than $600 per month? NO, we won’t. cost of living the US vs PH are incomparable, we pay per the ongoing rate in your country. Unless you are a system engineer able to work on complex stuff then maybe we can look into it. If have outstanding experience, great english then we can evaluate.
– We pay bonuses based on performance every 3 months. So the base pay is good but based on your drive and the value you add, you can score another $600+ bonus (trust us, the sky is limit on how much you can earn)
– Be honest and transparent, cheating is bad, and YOU WILL be exposed…the system wins every time, you know what wins everytime as well, honesty and integrity.
