As an IT Systems Administrator and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting our franchisees, and ensuring their success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and optimize web server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
Build and maintain WordPress websites using the Elementor page builder.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure website design and content are aligned with business goals.
Manage and administer our Google Workspace accounts.
Learn our Tech Suite and set up new software accounts for new business owners.
Troubleshoot and support our clients and franchisees with IT-related issues.
Create automation with apps like Zapier to save time and increase productivity.
Create video SOPs and diagram workflow procedures.
Provide IT customer support to our franchisees, addressing their technical issues and helping them utilize our tools effectively.
Assist in onboarding new franchisees, ensuring they are fully equipped with the necessary IT tools and knowledge.
Monitor and respond to IT support requests from franchisees promptly and efficiently.
COMPETENCIES/SKILL SETS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
WordPress and Elementor expertise.
Adept at navigating and using online software tools (CRMs, scheduling tools, and payment gateways).
Proficiency with Google Suite Tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
Photoshop experience is a plus but not required.
Experience with Zapier is an asset.
Google Workspace Administration is an asset.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong internet connection with an upload and download speed of at least 10 Mbps.
Webcam and clear audio for virtual meetings during work hours.
Punctual attendance in our team Zoom rooms during normal working hours.
Availability for a full-time 40-hour work week, typically Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time.
Strong English communication skills.
