Objectives of the Role:
Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, focusing on technical roles within the IT domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects specialized in IT, fulfilling current and future company vacancies.
Develop and execute innovative headhunting strategies that align with the latest IT industry trends.
Sourced and secured top IT talent who met the company’s technical and cultural benchmarks.

Responsibilities:
Manage the complete IT recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Implement strategic, global hiring initiatives that reflect current IT trends and practices.
Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to cultivate a robust IT talent pool.
Craft detailed job descriptions and manage interactions with potential candidates through social media and other platforms.
Utilize Manatal and other HR IT recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process, from screening resumes to managing candidate data effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT recruiter with a solid track record in the IT recruitment field.
Strong technical knowledge, capable of understanding and discussing IT job requirements.
Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Familiarity with HR IT recruitment software (experience with Manatal highly preferred) and proficiency in utilizing job boards.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a rapid-paced and detail-focused environment.
Advanced Negotiation and Influence: Exceptional ability to negotiate terms and offers with clients and candidates, ensuring they meet the candidate’s expectations and the company’s goals. Skilled in articulating value propositions to candidates, persuading top talent to consider new opportunities, and resolving concerns to secure acceptances.
Strategic Relationship Building with Hiring Managers: Proficient in establishing and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with IT department leaders and hiring managers. Able to influence and guide hiring decisions effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while balancing candidate quality and hiring manager satisfaction.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field, with a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of IT recruitment.
Demonstrated ability to tap into the IT talent hub, with a bonus for those proficient in English and other languages.
