IT Team Lead/Project Management

We are a software development firm, based in New Zealand. We develop office robots, in the field of RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

We are looking for a Team Lead that will supervise a team of 2 IT analysts, and 2 software developers, all which are based in new zealand. You will be carrying out the following roles:
– Overseeing incoming support tickets, and assigning them to the appropriate staff members based on their skillset and role.
– Determine action points from each meeting and ensuring these actions are carried out by the team member responsible
– Analyse issues faced by each staff member and organise meetings as required with the appropriate staff members required to resolve the issue
– Regular catchups with your team to ensure they have anything they need, to raise issues as required in our ticketing system
– Follow up on action points from prior meetings
– Receive email requests from other colleagues and our clients to delegate to your team.

This role will include a bit of surface IT technical knowledge, so 3-4 few years in project management, and as well as an IT/Business analyst would be useful. Please highlight these 2 experiences in your CV or email/cover letter.

This is a full time role, 40 hours a week. We are based in New Zealand, so ideal hours of work will be from 7am – 4pm with some flexibility required to supervise the other staff members.

We have a virtual Microsoft Teams office which you will be required to sign into which working. You will be working entirely from home. a fast internet connection is a must, as well as 2 screens.

A zoom interview will be required.

You do not need to know our programming languages, you just need to understand how applications work, and the staff members responsible for each section of our software.
