IT Tech Support / WordPress Developer wanted

Location: Remote – Must be available 9am-1pm Pacific Time (12am-4am Manila Time)

We are seeking a dedicated IT Tech Support / WordPress Developer to join our dynamic agency team. This remote position is specifically designed for a talented individual based in the Philippines who is experienced in maintaining and managing WordPress websites, as well as handling IT support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Update DNS settings accurately to ensure optimal email send ability.
– Identify, diagnose, and repair hacked WordPress websites, ensuring they are secure and functioning correctly.
– Manage and navigate different hosting environments, understanding the nuances and requirements of each.
– Update and modify WordPress pages using various builders in accordance with project requirements.
– Provide technical support and solutions for IT-related issues within the company.
– Work collaboratively with our digital agency team to support website and IT needs for our small to medium-sized business clients.
– WooCommerce experience and WooCommerce extensions, Shopify, SquareSpace, Wix experience a plus but not necessary.

Requirements:
– Trustworthy and passionate about having 100% hosting uptime
– Strong understanding and experience in updating DNS settings.
– Proven track record of fixing hacked WordPress websites.
– Familiarity with different hosting environments and an understanding of how to manage them.
– Proficient in using different WordPress builders to update and maintain web pages.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
– Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
– Must be available to work from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.
– A proactive approach to IT support and web development, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
