IT Technical Support

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to provide comprehensive IT services and support. The IT support person will primarily be responsible for handling tasks related to WordPress, web design, servers, VoIP systems, troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, creating drip campaigns, resolving email issues, and other technical skills. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding IT support in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including updates, backups, security, and optimization.
Design and develop websites using various web design tools and technologies.
Configure and maintain servers to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
Set up and manage VoIP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any related issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve software, hardware, and network problems.
Develop and implement drip campaigns to automate and optimize marketing strategies.
Resolve email issues, including configuration, spam filtering, and troubleshooting.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
Collaborate with clients, team members, and external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT technician or in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress, including theme customization, plugin management, and website optimization.
Proficiency in web design tools and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with server administration, including setting up and maintaining Linux or Windows servers.
Experience with VoIP systems and related protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to create and implement drip campaigns using automation tools.
Knowledge of email configuration, spam filtering, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security principles.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
This is a remote position that offers flexibility in terms of working hours. The selected IT technician will be expected to have reliable internet access, the ability to work on Eastern Standard Time, have a dedicated workspace, and the necessary equipment to fulfill the role effectively.
